Power Platform, from Microsoft, is an intuitive and collaborative platform that enables users to analyse, act, and automate processes and data-driven tasks. It consists of five main components: Power BI (for data visualisation and analytics), Power Apps (for building custom business applications without extensive coding), Power Automate (for automating workflows and tasks across multiple applications and services), Power Virtual Agents (for creating AI-powered chatbots), and Power Pages (for building low-code, secure business websites).

Microsoft Power Platform is not directly a part of Azure, but it is closely integrated with Azure services. While Azure provides cloud computing services such as virtual machines, databases, and AI services, Power Platform complements these services by offering tools for building applications, automating workflows, and analysing data.

To use Microsoft Power Platform, users must first identify what business processes or data analysis they need and choose the appropriate Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents) based on their requirements. ARO can help users integrate Power Platform with other data sources and services as needed and provide ongoing support within the organisation.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI-powered tool that supports Microsoft 365 users with automation features for Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Microsoft AI uses a range of technologies and services designed to infuse artificial intelligence into various applications and services. This includes cognitive services (pre-built AI models for vision, speech, language, etc.), Azure AI (machine learning and AI services on the Azure cloud platform), conversational AI (tools for building chatbots and virtual agents), and more. Microsoft ML, on the other hand, specifically refers to the machine learning capabilities and services provided by Microsoft. This includes Azure Machine Learning, a cloud-based platform for building, training, and deploying machine learning models, as well as various machine learning libraries and tools available within Microsoft’s development ecosystem.
