This is the first pricing update for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in over five years.

Why is Microsoft updating their Dynamics 365 pricing?

Over the last few years, Dynamics has continued to evolve and elevate customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes. With hundreds of new features being released year-on-year, businesses have benefited from increased efficiency across different business functions i.e. Marketing, Sales, Customer and Field Service, Finance and Operations.

Microsoft remains focused on ensuring that Dynamics 365 is adaptable and transformative for customers, aligning with their business objectives. By delivering innovations through AI, reporting, data and analytics they have been able to enhance the customer journey, optimise operations and provide greater visibility to business activities as a whole. And more recently, the combination of Microsoft Copilot and Dynamics 365 is reshaping how businesses work.

To continue providing organisations with even better services, the pricing update is to support Microsoft in offering the best solutions and enable customers to gain the highest ROI (return on investment) in business applications.
