Principal SaaS Solutions Architect at Extreme Networks
ARO is pleased to be attending Jisc Networkshop, the UK’s leading conference and exhibition for networking, IT infrastructure, and digital innovation across education and research.
In partnership with Extreme Networks, ARO will deliver a featured session titled “The New Reality of Network Security in FE & HE: How Zero Trust is Reshaping Education for the Campus Without Walls.”
This session, led by ARO’s Chief Enterprise Architect alongside Extreme Networks’ Principal SaaS Solutions Architect Chris Carr, explores how institutions such as London Business School and other FE and HE providers are rethinking traditional security models. It highlights the shift away from perimeter-based approaches towards modern, identity-driven architectures supporting distributed learning environments.
Attendees will gain insight into how Zero Trust technologies including ZTNA and NAC are converging within SSE and SASE frameworks to deliver secure, seamless access for students, staff, and devices. The session will also demonstrate how ARO and Extreme Networks help organisations strengthen resilience, simplify management, and enable scalable, future-ready campus networks.
Date & Time: Day 1 – Tuesday 23 June, 14:20–15:00 (40 minutes)
